About “ZING! Your Life and Leadership”
This theme is based upon Nancy’s book by the same title that describes her formula of influence. Training breaks down the components of “Zing!” while teaching specific competencies necessary to positively influence others towards the Greater Social Good. Depending upon the time requested, this training experience includes:
Definition of leadership as “influence”
Reviews the original Zing! Impact Equation
Provides at least 1 self-assessment around the traits of influence (more if more time is available)
Focuses on the most significant (and requested) competencies needing growth (i.e. problem-solving, collaboration, giving and receiving feedback, and so on)
About THE “Commit 2 Excellence EXPERIENCE"
NEW! The competency of “excellence” is defined as “doing your best.” This theme is an inspiring and challenging approach to identifying the answer to “Are you who you say you are?” Based upon the client’s needs, necessary competencies for achieving your goals against actual proficiency are taught. Skill development and prioritization of those skills is offered to make this a very personalized and meaningful experience. But, there’s more!
The Commit 2 Excellence Experience is more than a one day or a “one shot” approach to changing behavior, growing teams and developing leaders. The program is a five part option where you select some or all of the vehicles for growth. The overall program options include:
c2e Kick-Off Retreat
Coaching for specific leaders (twice a month conversations with top leaders on campus)
Comprehensive leadership development consulting retainer (a great resource for advisors)
Option for a live campus podcast (same day as the retreat)
Scheduled re-visit workshops for same group or entire campus
